BP OMEGA Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd was established in 2013 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC: RC: 1555943). From our inception, we set out to become a premier indigenous oil and gas servicing company, committed to delivering world-class solutions.
Over the years, we have grown our capabilities across multiple service lines including pipeline solutions, hot tapping, integrity inspection, fabrication, drilling services, and waste management. Our growth has been driven by an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Today, with offices in Rivers State, Nigeria and Houston, Texas, USA, we serve major oil and gas operators including Shell, ExxonMobil, ADDAX, NPDC, Jan De Nul, and many others. Our track record of 162,400+ safe man-hours with zero Lost Time Injuries speaks to our dedication to operational excellence.
